Our first priority is to take care of our customers, both buyers and sellers. The first thing we want is to procure your collectable at a fair rate. If we aren't in a position to personally secure your collectable, we'll work to maximize the value you receive through consignment. As a buyer, if you ever receive a collectable different than advertised, just reach out and we will happily work with you to make things right.
Privacy & Safety
InnoAV will use customer information for internal marketing, but will NEVER sell or release your personal information to any third-party.
Getting our customers value through consignment is a serious business and any fradulent actions (such as bidding at your own auctions) will result in a declination of any further business.
Sale Terms
Sales are final after payment. If there are any issues, please reach out. There could be many avenues to resolution.
